What You Need to Know About Our Plumbing & HVAC Maintenance Plans

Q. What does a Priority YOU Membership provide?

A. When you register for a Priority YOU Membership you get:

  • No yearly or monthly membership fees.
  • 10% discount on all parts and labor on service and maintenance calls for any plumbing and HVAC needs on units not covered under a warranty.
  • A 50% discount on the cost of an annual maintenance service.
  • Multiple payment options for the maintenance plan: prepaid, pay at time of service, or monthly.
  • Scheduling reminders by phone, text messaging, and email for your next maintenance.
  • A detailed report of our findings and an explanation of any areas of concern.
  • Alerts to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems.
  • Regular maintenance checks to keep your new HVAC system compliant with the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • A $300 discount towards a new HVAC system and a $300 discount towards any excavation work needed

Q. Why should I invest in a maintenance plan?

A. First and foremost, it’s peace of mind. A maintenance plan with Ranck gives you priority service, especially on the hottest and coldest days when your system could break down; a thorough annual, precision maintenance cleaning; savings on any parts for repairs, which we back with a one-year warranty; and comfort in your home year-round.

Q. Why should I purchase a maintenance plan?

A. You’re being proactive instead of reactive when it comes to your home’s health. Your system needs annual maintenance at least twice a year (depending on your system). Our Preventative Maintenance Plan can help you avoid hundreds of dollars in repairs. That’s peace of mind knowing you won’t be hit with a big, unexpected repair bill.

Q. Why is precision maintenance important?

A. In one year, your heating and cooling units can run for as many as 2,000 hours. When you neglect them, you pay a hefty price in wasted fuel, shortened equipment life, and inconvenient and expensive breakdowns. Having planned plumbing and heating maintenance on your equipment results in fewer service problems, lower energy bills, a safer system, and warranties that are kept valid.

Q. What do you mean by priority service?

A. Ranck’s maintenance plan customers are always taken care of first! If you find yourself without any heating or cooling, call us and we’ll respond the same day or within 24 hours turnaround time.

Q. Do you offer any financing options?

A. Ranck offers financing through Synchrony, Citibank Financing, and Lendmark. To see all financing options, please view our financial partners.
