While We’re at Your Home or Office

The COVID – 19 pandemic is obviously a serious and evolving situation.  At Ranck, we are doing our best to respond, and we are staying informed and following the advice of the CDC and the PA Department of Health.  We ask for your patience and understanding as we try our best to keep you safe, and to keep our team members out of harm’s way as well.

We ask our customers for the following:

• If we are scheduled to come to your home or office and you or any members of your household/office have traveled outside of the United States since February 15, please inform us prior to our visit so we can take any necessary precautions.
• If we are scheduled to come to your home and you or any members of your family have experienced any of the coronavirus symptoms, please let us know. If you call to schedule one of our CSRs may ask you this question. In most cases, we will ask to reschedule our visit.

While we are at your home or office:

• Our Team Members have been asked to not shake hands. We hope that you understand.
• Our Team Members have been encouraged to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water, and will be using hand sanitizer as well.
• While we typically encourage interaction with our customers, we will keep it to a minimum. Again, we hope you understand.
