Both the maintenance services of our Trane 15 S.E.E.R. 3 ton heat pump and Sante Fe dehumidifier were handled very professionally by Dan DiClemente and Jamie Brubaker. They were on time, protected our home's interior and answered our questions patiently and knowledgeably. We could see that they enjoyed their work. They cleaned up well afterward.

This morning we discovered that our furnace was not working. Of course this had to be the coldest day of the year. We called the company we were customers with and were told that they could try but could not guarantee that we would get a service technician here today. Our house was already down to 60 degrees. I then called R H Ranck.... The CSR said she could have someone here today.... WOW, what a blessing that was. He was absolutely wonderful... kind, knowledgeable and had heat back in less than one hour. I cannot say enough great things, and I actually signed up for the service contract and will recommend R H Rank to everyone I speak to. The furnace is 50 years old and while he was here he was able to give us a price (for a replacement) which we will be doing hopefully this summer.

The reason I chose to go with R. H. Ranck was simple. Your rep was terrific. . . obviously hands on the whole way. I dealt with salesmen a big part of my career in transportation and I believe I can put my finger on the real McCoy.
He knew he was competing with a company we had previously done business with, and he made the installation the same day during a heat wave. The quality of the product offered was definitely the best, and the loyalty of the rep, and the reputation of repair and installation people was verified to us. Frankly, without naming the competitors, I couldn't believe their lack of loyalty to the company. It turned me off, and you crossed your fingers hoping you got the right repair guy because some did a great job and others worried us.
Our air conditioner cost was less after we installed the air conditioner last year, and we are happy with the new thermostat that was installed. I wish I had it when both my wife and I were working. It would have really saved us money.

Our oil fired hot water heater was smoking and sooty. The two guys (sent by another area company) did not know what to do, and said it couldn't be cleaned. So they suggested we buy a new hot water heater that would cost us much more money! Not to mention the headaches!When they left our house, my problem was not fixed, and I was not reassured in any way.

From the happy and helpful voice of Sandy who always had an answer or gotten the answer for me, who has listened as I complained about my thermosat, and set a date to take care of all my trifling little problems, to the always punctual, pleasant and very competent service people who have done the very heavy lifting (Dan and Jerry)...
The house they came to was a nightmare of ductwork; the furnace was 60,000 BTUs too large, and the airconditioning was very inefficient. They replaced both units, and my gas bill, which had been running around $400 per winter month, dropped to an average of about $200 plus or minus a few dollars. The summer is not advanced enough for me to tell about the electricity for the AC, bit I am sure there is an improvement. I am also not too cold or too hot as I was before.
Please express my appreciation to these employees, and pat yourselves on the back for the wise selection of these folks to work for your company.

A few years ago when it was bitter cold, my heating system shut down. I called on a Saturday morning after I got up and it was cold in my condo. They came out shortly after they took care of their last customer and did the repair work and I then got heat back into my condo. I felt so grateful that I could be taken care of during the weekend.
The technician knew his job and was informative when I asked him questions about the problem I was having, and he told me exactly what he did to take care of the problem....
The technican wore special white pull ons over his shoes before coming into my home so he would not get any dirt or grime on my carpet. A nice and thoughtful idea of your company to do this for their customers.

Currently we are waiting for the "robot" to be back in service to check out our air duct as we are having put in the zoning system. The technician could of just blew it off saying that's the best we can do but instead he said let's wait to finish the job after the robot comes back repaired to do the job well. Although I did not meet technician #9, Jamie Brubaker, face to face, if I were asked to rate him on a quality of work and on customer service, then based on two phone calls and two detailed notes, I would not hesitate to say: A+++++!
Mr. Brubaker took special care not to disturb household items in removing the old water heater. (I didn't care what got moved and had moved several things already myself, but I know he was concerned that anything might be out of place); he combined two trip charges to save me money; and he said in both notes and both phone conversations to call if I and any problems or if the temperature settings didn't suit me and he would return to adjust them.
