Each year, Robert H. Ranck offers the following support to non-profits:

• We contribute 10% of net profits.
• We contribute 400-500 hours of free labor.
• We pay 50% hourly wages to each employee for labor he or she contributes (up to 20 hours/year).
• We charge reduced rates for services to non-profits.
