We're Giving Away TWO Professional Home Energy Audits!

Two lucky families will win a $400 Professional Home Energy Audit, a complete room-to-room, top-to-bottom assessment of home's energy consumption with detailed report or recommendations for efficiency.

Includes thermal energy scans, blower door and ductwork pressurization tests identified as critical for such audits by the U.S. Department of Energy.

Virtually every factor will be considered including: home size & construction, exterior environment, insulation, windows & doors, attic, basement & crawl space integrities as well as electrical appliance, heating ventilation, and air conditioning efficiencies.

Entries for the Energy Audits must be received between now and August 31, 2010. The name of the winner will be emailed to all contest entrants and posted on our website on Tuesday, September 7th.

To qualify for this drawing you must:

• Own a home in our greater Lancaster or York, PA trading areas.
• Be neither an R. H. Ranck employee nor relative of one.
